[UI] Widgets ready

Some other things...

(Alt or Ctrl) and the left/right arrow buttons will popup a task switcher,
sorry for the key combination, others are take by morphs or the os... Under
windows releasing the cmd key will remove the popup and switch to the
selected windwo. Under Linux you need yo move the mouse to generate another
event...

Tab/shift-tabs should work in system windows, though for text editors only
shift-tab...

Worked loading through File Browser in the order suggested (I'm on 3.10 beta
via Damien's dev image).

I get a nice task switcher now. Will dig into the code this evening!

I had the same problems with Universes.
