I think this is a correct question if one is creating an application. But, if 
you're speaking of a "unified theory of user interfaces" ;-) or from a more 
practical standpoint, a new UI for Squeak, asking who the end users are 
doesn't apply, imo.

Or am I missing what you are saying.
