[Vm-beginners] State of the Lowcode integration?

Hi,

I have noticed while reading the VM source, that
there is this called lowcode and there is a paper
about it at https://hal.inria.fr/hal-01353884/document

What is the state of this vm extension? Is that available
in Squeak or only in pharo? It seems to be linked into the
build.win32x86/squeak.cog.spur.lowcode
