[Vm-dev] sever prohibits download of some 64bit VM files

I wanted to explore the 64bit VM work at:
http://www.squeakvm.org/squeak64/.  I thought I would try and build a VM
for my intel Mac. I started by trying to download all the files that
seem to be necessary. However when trying to download the change set for
VM Maker I get the following:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access
/squeak64/dist3/ChangeSets/VMMaker-tpr.14.mcz on this server. 

Is this intentional? Do I need this?
