This looks very much like the problem on Windows

which I thought was traced to the stack balancing issue:

However, it supposedly was fixed in VMMaker-dtl.122 and Ian used vmm- 
dtl-126 for his latest release (I'm testing the pre-compiled 3.10-6  
Linux binary).

Any idea?
