[vm-dev] Bug/W32: Version information mismatch

The version information from the resource file (svn: 3.11.3, src-release:
3.11.4) does not match with the information in the file sqWin32.h  ("Squeak
3.11.5 (beta) from "...). The "About..."-box shows the correct information.
