[Vm-dev] OSS+padsp vs pulse?

Is there is any advantage to defaulting to the OSS driver via padsp 
rather than directly using pulse now that it is working? I can't tell by 
ear if latency is better/worse but play/record seem to work equally well 
for both options. Also I cannot check full-duplex operation (play and 
record at the same time) on this machine so if that is important to 
anyone it needs checking for both options.
