[Vm-dev] Cog VM on FreeBSD 8.1

This is a collision between the older fork of Cog and some changes made to the Squeak VM allocate and read image made a few years 
ago, until someone at Teleplace decides to revisit those patchs and ensure the sq.h and the image side extrusion match then not much will happen.

The change allows you to mmap the image file which is extraordinary useful for low memory sized platforms that properly support  mmap.
