[Vm-dev] Cog on linux

Rob,

    my understanding is that if you configure without ALSA it should not
attempt to compile sqUnixSoundALSA.c. So something must be screwed up. Try
make reallyclean, then repeat the configure carefully.  The configure should
not produce a vm-sound-ALSA directory, and there should be no mention of
vm-sound-ALSA in the generated Makefile.  If it does you're either going to
have to debug configure or manually edit the generated Makefile to remove
mention of vm-sound-ALSA.
