[Vm-dev] Squeak 4.1 VM crash

Hi Rob,  Hi All,

    this is a case of Cog's not yet supporting objects as methods.
 TestCoverage uses the objects as methods support and this hasn't been
implemented in Cog because we've not used it at Teleplace.  For the
moment... don't do that ;)
