Well those would be symbolic links
Oh look it's a bug by the Sparkle author, he's managed to symbolically link to his personal directory versus a platform one.
In Squeak 4.2.2beta1U.app/Contents/Resources/SparklePlugin.bundle/Contents/Frameworks/Sparkle.framework/Resources
you should rm the fr_CA.lproj and the fr.lproj
Or since the SparklePlugin is being ignored just delete the SparklePlugin.bundle directory.
