Update reference to deprecated #findLastOccurranceOfString:startingAt: method in #replaceLastOccurence:with: to address problems loading in Pharo.

Fix TMethod>>emitCCodeOn:generator: to set currentMethod during code generation. The Cog code generator is only partially incorporated at this point; this works around a missing update needed for SlangBrowser.
