[Vm-dev] About integrating disable module loading.

Hello,

In recent commit, Eliot merged with .53, but not .54 which adds a
disabling module loading.

I will push a new .55 which is merge of oscog.54 and my .54 ,
so then we could build new VMs with your fixes and disable module
loading as well :)
