This is an update for merging with VMMaker emm.155

- replaced ReentrantIA32FFIPlugin with ThreadedIA32FFIPlugin
- disabled SoundGenerationPlugin since it is broken (the source file in /plugins/SoundGenerationPlugin/sqOldSoundPrims.c are out of date and won't compile with Cog)
