[Vm-dev] Mac VM not responding - any ideas?

I occasionally get Squeak into a state that it can only be killed. Any
suggestions?
Using the Squeak 4.2 all-in-one
MacOS 10.5.8
VM: Mac OS - Smalltalk [that's literally what it says!]
