Hi Eliot,

I just pulled the latest code and when compiling I get:
In function `sqGetInterpreterProxy':
/home/dgraham/Cog/platforms/Cross/vm/sqVirtualMachine.c:477: undefined 
reference to `signalNoResume'

I did a quick search and am guessing that this should be defined in the 
src/vm files, but didn't see anything?
