A prerequisite is to move InterpreterPrimitives out from under ObjectMemory
and access it through an objectMemory inst var in InterpreterPrimitives.
This is great.  We're getting there.  I'm back in interpreter-land working
on Newspeak so I expect to be able to lend a hand.
