Do not implement #bytesPerWord in FreetypePlugin because it should be implemented in the C translation dictionary instead. See http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/pipermail/vm-dev/2011-September/009318.html for a patch that provides this for oscog (also in VMMaker-oscog-dtl.124 in the VMMaker repository).

This reverts the change from Freetype-Plugin-IgorStasenko.60 which added the #bytesPerWord implementation, and from Freetype-Plugin-dtl.62 which incorrectly attempted to fix it.
