[Vm-dev] Split sound package -> Cog not loading in last 1.4

Hi MAriano,

    the convention is to split the package into Foo-Blah et al and
Foo-Pools.  e.g. FFI-Kernel, FFI-MacOS et al and then FFI-Pools.
