[Vm-dev] [Cog] issue tracker -> vm-dev mailing list notifications

Hello, guys

i set the issue tracker to send notifications to this list long time ago..
but it looks like vm-dev list is not accepting mails from:

 cog at googlecode.com

Needless to say, that it is very unproductive to manually check what's
going on tracker.

David (or anyone else with admin rights to mailing list interface),
can you please add it ?
