[Vm-dev] configure: line 125: ./build/Makefile*.in: No such file or directory (Windows 7)

Hi,

I have not tried doing a build on Windows recently, but I do recall having
problems with the Makefile similar to what you describe. I do not recall
how I fixed it, but it was a matter of editing the Makefile.  Maybe someone
with more recent experience can give some tips.
