[Vm-dev] BalloonEngineConstants is in two different repository/packages?

I couldn't get B2DPlugin to make, which came as a surprise, since it worked last week. IT turned out that the BalloonEngineConstants shared pool class was missing a few class vars, like GEFEngineStopped.

There was no evidence of such variables ever existing in the copy of BalloonEngineConstants that is part if the trunk/Balloon-nice.21.mcz nor its ancestors. I eventually found it in a separate version of the class kept in the VMMaker/Balloon-Engine-Pools-JB.2.mcz package. Is that really how it is supposed to be? It doesn't seem like a very good idea to me….
