[Vm-dev] StackVM builds for RaspberryPi

At last I have a repeatable and intelligible script for making a StackVM for a Pi/Raspbian. It doesn't have the fast bitlbt included because {insert rant about insane automake, incomprehensible configurations etc here}. The actual changes needed are small enough, but some 'interesting' configuration incantations have to be used, you must build a new set of generated sources (the set stored in svn are for a full Cog system) and you have to wear magic underpants.

I can't commit the small changes because they would afflict other platforms adversely. If anyone would like to try replicating the process on their own Pi, I would be very happy to provide all the info.

The result runs a bit faster than the plain interpreter in benchmark terms but seems to be much more UI responsive, which is nice. It is at least a decent step to a full Cog/Pi.
