[Vm-dev] VM crash when updating image

I just got a new laptop (running Windows 8), and bootstrapped a CI
environment (checked out squeak-smaltalk/squeak-ci etc). I took its
Squeak4.5.image with a Cog r2732 VM and updated it. Several merge
conflicts later a dialog popped up saying

Sorry but the VM has crashed

Exception code: C0000005
Exception address: 1008D13C
Current byte code: -1
Primitive index: 85

I've attached the crashdump. I'll see if I can't trigger this thing
reliably, in the meantime.
