[Vm-dev] GSoC idea: Moose views on the vm?

Hi, 

I don't feel qualified to propose or mentor this,
but have the feeling that putting VM/VMMaker in Moose
could be useful to help with a number of the issues 
discussed here. (splitting in subpackages, differences between
oscog & trunk branches, platform differences etc).

I asked Tudor on the Moose list if someone already had a look at it, 
and he was not aware of anyone looking at it yet.
