[Vm-dev] 'Squeak-4.5-All-in-One.zip packaging breaks scripts in Cog/image

Hi Timothy,

    apparently we're going back to the singly-rooted all-in-one.  Not sure
when this will happen (others can respond) but no need to change the
scripts.
