I wouldn't worry about it too much. This sort of thing happens from time
to time in the Squeak inbox, and the MC history browser makes it fairly
easy to sort out the issues. It's probably not the kind of thing you
would want to automate, since you would want to have some intelligent
eyeballs on the situation anyway.

If you have enough people actively contributing to VMMaker for this to
ever be a problem, you should be happy :-)
