This merges the optimizations, fixes, and additions that I made for
simulating BitBlt and Balloon primitives. There shouldn't be any changes to
the generated code, but this now supports calling BitBlt>>copyBitsSimulated
and BalloonEngine>>simulateBalloonPrimitive:args: instead of running the
actual primitive, and it draws an image using the simulation only for these
primitives.
