[Vm-dev] Failing builds are green

Hi,
despite the last appveyor build for pharo failed, the build is indicated as
green.
I don't feel like randomly hacking the makefiles...
Anyone more knowledgeable has a hint to correct this (forcing exit 1 return
here and there...)?
