[Vm-dev] [OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm] [ci skip] Remove old files not useful anymore (#247)

I think that the old README and the empty CHANGES files are not useful anymore (the old README will still be in the history if needed). 

This PR remove them. If you think I'm wrong just close this PR, it's fine with me.
