  CogVM source as per VMMaker.oscog-eem.2363

Fix regression in generateInterpreterProxyFunctionDereference:on:indent:
introduced in VMMaker.oscog-eem.2361.  regenerate the two plugins borked
by the regression.

Fix a deprecatuion warning in the Slang Test Workspace.
Include descriptions of target directory and plugin generation to the
Source Generation Workspace.
