Merge with VMMaker.oscog-KenD.2518 & VMMaker.oscog-KenD.2519.

ARM64FFIPlugin:
Non-register struct returns now work.
[Needs corresponding vm]

Struct return in registers works.
All FFI tests now pass (need to add more).
