[Vm-dev] RawBitsArray

Nicolas,

Attached is a patch for RawBitsArray to support non-byte sized elements 
(like 10b/12b ADC samples)

Should >>bytesPerElement be required for all subclasses of this array? 
or should it default to 1 byte per element?

If this is useful then I will post it to Inbox.
