[Vm-dev] [OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm] vm-display-fbdev fixes to integrate (PR #606)

Test OK on:
  - Raspberry Pi 4 / Alpine Linux (musl)
  - ami-s905x-cc (LePotato) / Armbian (libc)

I submitted these fixes in a pull request some time ago when folks were busy.  Perhaps integrate now?
