[Webteam] Need to restart Squeak processes for website

It appears that for reasons I'm not aware of the server was rebooted
some 14 hours ago.  As a result some things that have never been setup
to be restarted automatically did not.  For example your two squeak
website processes.  Please start these as soon as possible.
