[Webteam] FW: Hosting Base Images

Considering all the new images being developed do you think it would be a
good idea to have a web page for 3.9 pre built images?  It could have the
latest prebuilt image, when it was created, what it has in it, who did it
and a brief summary of what it might be used for.
