[Webteam] Press Releases

Please check out wwwtest.squeak.org. I added a Press Releases folder and 
added two press releases. If they look ok to you, I'll add them to the 
main site.

Still.. I'd like to know how we can remove the individual press releases 
from the left menu but keep them as links on the main Press Releases folder.
