[Webteam] Initial set of Foundation webpages finally ready.

I've finally completed a simple set of page that we can put up at  
www.squeakfoundation.org and most importantly have paypal donation  
buttons for the new badges.

Rather than spamming the zipfile to everyone I'll send it directly to  
Brad so he can instal the pages. Feel free to offer suggestions for  
improvements and more content.
