[Webteam] Need Comments and Final Approval

Thanks for everyone's comments. It seems that _most_ people prefer, or 
at least don't violently object to, the colors at this moment (13-Jan 
10:30 PST)

The objections to some of the content has been addressed, I believe. If 
it hasn't please let me know and I'll try to fix it.

The only issue left is the logos on the bottom. I'll check into that 
when I can.

I'm sure I missed something so, Any additional comments welcome!
