All boxes on the left and the right now float. I think it makes it 
better when text is enlarged -- but it doesn't make it perfect since the 
boxes are of finite size.
The bottom logos are back. (strange that on the very top page, the 
bottom logos don't center. But, on other pages they do.)

Note that this is a new css file.
