[Webteam] website updates for CD/DVD needed

Hi,

I have updated the Squeak DVD and CD. Now the pages on squeak.org  
need to be updated.

1) http://squeak.org/Download/SqueakCD/

First the text of the side should have "3.9" instead of "3.8"

Then inside the link code four buying, the same change needs to be  
made. "Squeak CD 3.9".
The rest (e.g. order number and price) stays the same.


2) http://squeak.org/Download/SqueakDVD/

Same changes (3.9 instead of 3.8 in both the text and links).

Later we should update the description a bit... the DVD has now such  
nice things as Plopp3d
and Sophie which should be mentioned. But that's a next step.
