You create links using "ln -s target.zip source.zip", which creates a 
link from source.zip to target.zip.

However, I don't think this is what you want. What you want to do is 
build and test new versions of the VM for Linux, Mac, RiscOS and others, 
and then put the new VMs under the 3.10 directory. The same format as 
the 3.9 directory would be used unless there has been a decision otherwise.

Unfortunately I'm not a box-admin so I can't help you with stuff directly.
