[Webteam] New website almost ready, please check it

Yes, looks like it replaces the old site.

RE: menu names -- I never thought of what Brad brings up, but it makes sense.

RE: download box -- upon first entering the site, there was a link for
the Linux download that took me to the download page, but after
clicking on it I now see Windows, Mac, and Others in the download box.
 I can't get it to go back to showing a link for Linux.

RE: favicon -- the white background-ed Squeak looks fine to me.  What
do you think it needs to be?
