[Webteam] 404 on setting a link

There was a complaint today regarding broken links at

http://www.squeak.org/Community/SqueakersDVD

so I asked around and got some new info.  I try to add a link to the
page to download the video content but when I hit the Insert button
after typing the URL into the Link URL field I immediately get back a
404 in the little settings window.
