[Webteam] Website for the Release Team

Hi. I'd like to create a place on the website for the release
team to store documents, procedures, and perhaps host an FAQ. I
have a lot of content we'd need to migrate from our old website
[1]. May I do that? I'd use one of the following two url's, in
order of preference:
