[Webteam] Link to the board's mission

I have just added a link to the board's mission from the board's page  
because I find it very important. I also changed the heading to "The  
Squeak Oversight Board" and removed an empty list item which was only  
visible in Safari, not in Firefox. Strange.

The current title is "Leadership/CurrentTeam" which should also be  
changed in my opinion. What do you think? Can a title include blanks?
