[Webteam] Updating www.squeak.org for 4.1

Hi WebTeam -

What's the best way to ensure that www.squeak.org is updated for the 4.1 
release? The release bits are already in place on ftp.squeak.org, so I'm 
basically planning to post a release announcement and then update the 
downloads to point to the proper location and put up an appropriate news 
section. How should we coordinate on this?
