[Webteam] an update on deploying squeak.org

I gave Ken a call in Kentucky (from Toronto) and left a message asking if we could finish deploying the new squeak.org site. 
(I'm not a stalker, he gave me the number.) 
Here's hoping he's free this week for some time to look at nginx and tinydns. 
It's his rig and I'm not going to just start fiddling with things without his involvement.
