OK, that was inspired as mistakes go. I guess. Harmless is the best thing I can say about it. 

I thought I was changing the dns on box2 when I was actually logged into box4. Funny in a way, I guess. 

I'll do what I just did on the correct box after I come back from the gym. 

I must say I like the line in the Makefile that updates the data.cdb file on other boxes using rsync. That's pretty cool.
