[BUG] 5906 fresh image, double click in debugger don't launch inspector

I download this morning a fresh Squeak3.7b-5905.image and have this walkbak caused by loading a former project having a flap. And double click on panel variables in debugger don't launch inspector. I remember same thing happened a while ago but not what the cause or fix was. Sorry if this was yet reported. Edgar

can't load updates

I am trying to upgrade to 3.7a, but am having no end of problems. To start, I have downloaded Squeak3.7a-5816.image and run it. When I click "load code updates" from the Squeak flap: 1) Typing Cmd-. is ignored. 2) Eventually it reports that "all code update servers seem to be unavailable". I have gotten the same message for many days now, so I suspect it is not true.

This small fix put a two pixel space between the menu icons. OSS sound on FreeBSD 5.2.1

I got Ian's 3.6-3 sources to compile for OSS sound on FreeBSD 5.2.1. This is such a hack, I can't believe it worked! The trick is to hack the configure script under platforms/unix/config. In the OSS test section, I added #define OPEN_SOUND_SYSTEM after #include <sys/soundcard.h> (line 23528). I then ran this configure command: ../platforms/unix/config/configure --enable-mpg-mmx --without-npsqueak --without-quartz --with-x --enable-vm-sound-OSS ... and Bob's yer uncle. Jim

How to point SqueakMap to SqueakSource

I have created a project on SqueakSource (Shout). I have also created a SqueakMap package. Now I want to specify that the homepage for my SqueakMap package is the project page on SqueakSource. I tried pasting tin he url to my SqueakSource project page, but when I click on it , it goes to the main SqueakSource home page. Is this possible. What url should I use?
